• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by photo or video proof of the issue.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
